Title
Consider Approval of Second Amendment to Contract for Civil City Attorney Services
Body
Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council considers a Motion approving the attached Second Amendment to Contract for Legal Services with Flaherty & Hood, P.A.
Summary Report:
The first amendment to the Contract for Legal Services with Flaherty & Hood, P.A. expires on June 30, 2024 (attachment 2). The first amendment to that contract was approved on June 18, 2019 commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. The second amendment commences on July 1, 2024 and shall continue in effect for a period of five years ending June 30, 2029.
