Summary Report:
Attached is the loan report for all outstanding EDA revolving loans.
Future loan reports will be provided quarterly. If major changes (defaults, new loans, modifications) will be reported when applicable for the EDA, or upon request.
Note: The Lux Med Spa loan will be included in the next report - it has been fully initiated by our loan servicing partner and was only not included due to the timing of this report’s creation.
