• Summary of Staff Review of Planning & Zoning Applications:
o Site Plan Reviews In-Progress:
§ Mayo Oncology parking lot update - 1821 North Ave.
§ City of Northfield Transit Hub - 203 2nd St. W.
o Site Plan Reviews Completed:
§ Gong Loco exterior building materials, parking lot and landscaping update - 1910 Honeylocust Dr.
o Zoning Certificates In-Progress:
§ Several other applications in relation to fences, new uses, etc.
§ New residential garage and addition
o Zoning Certificates Completed:
§ Three single family homes
§ One detached garage
§ Several new decks and porches, and zoning letters
o Other Planning Applications In-Progress:
§ Cedar Meadows Preliminary Plat - developer working to update the plat
§ Alternative Urban Areawide Review (AUAR) - City Council officially ordered the AUAR, draft is being written
o Signs, zoning letters, accessory uses and data requests remain steady.
• The first phase of parking study for downtown Northfield, completed by CHS Consulting Group, has been completed. The study reviewed existing conditions and analyzed shared parking for downtown. A memo of key takeaways from the Phase I Report is included and the study itself.
• Comprehensive Plan Update - standing item, staff will report on the most recent progress.
