Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council consider approving the attached Resolution approving the Public Improvements Development Agreement, Escrow Agreement and Stormwater Agreement with Maple Brook, LLC dba Schrom Construction.
Summary Report:
In addition to the Tax Increment Financing requested by Schrom Construction, a development agreement for public improvements is needed to be approved by City Council. The escrow agreement and stormwater agreement facilitate the completion of the development project.
