The City of Northfield is initiating its 2025-2028 Strategic Planning process, a critical effort to establish strategic priorities, measurable outcomes, and performance targets. To support this endeavor, the city seeks to contract with Craig Rapp, LLC for facilitation services. Craig Rapp, LLC is a highly experienced firm with a proven track record in local government strategic planning, including previous successful collaborations with the City.
