SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED:
New Economic Development Authority (EDA) Coordinator Nate Carson will be introduced to the Housing & Redevelopment (HRA) Board.
BACKGROUND:
Nate Carlson grew up in Shakopee, Minnesota. He graduated in 2015 from St. Olaf with a degree in Economics and Public Policy.
As former Executive Director of the Pine Island, Minnesota EDA, Nate has experience directing all efforts relating to economic development. He also held a role as an Economic Development intern for the city.
Nate enjoys travelling, cooking, movies, golfing and reading. He and his wife, Alexandra, currently live in Lakeville, Minnesota.
