The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution approving a Council Administrative Policy “City Administrator Performance Evaluation Process.”
Summary Report:
The Council Employment Policy Committee met on April 9, 2018 after Northfield City Council reviewed the draft City Administrator Performance Evaluation Process policy on April 3, 2018. The following changes were made to the resolution and policy: (1) changed “City” Administrative Policy to “Council” Administrative Policy throughout the Resolution and Policy; and (2) 2(G) added “and performance goals” to the last sentence.
