The Northfield City Council approves Northfield Hospital + Clinics Lease Agreement for Urgent Care services at 2014 Jefferson Rd, Suites C and D.
Summary Report:
A memo is attached detailing the request from Northfield Hospital + Clinics Administration to approve a Commercial Lease for clinic space at 2014 Jefferson Road, Suites C & D between Northfeild Hospital + Clinics and NREF Heritage, LLC. Also attached is a resolution approving the lease and the lease agreement. The Northfield Hospital Board of Directors has approved the lease of the space on the terms set forth and requests the City Council’s approval of the same, pursuant to Northfield Code Sec. 2-307.

Deny approval of the lease or request modifications to the terms and conditions of the lease.

N/A - the Lease shall be entirely paid for with Hospital funds.
