Consider Adopting the 2024/Payable 2025 Tax Levy.

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council adopts the attached Resolution approving a final levy for the City of Northfield.
Summary Report:
A final levy resolution for a $17,731,596 city-wide levy, which includes the EDA and HRA levies is attached. Details are included in the budget hearing information.
Alternative Options:
This is the same as the preliminary levy set on September 17th, 2024. The proposed levy is $215,000 lower than the preliminary levy.
Financial Impacts:
Included in budget presentation and past meetings.
Tentative Timelines:
The final levy must be passed in December for remittance to the County.
