Consider Adopting the 2025/Payable 2026 Tax Levy, including the EDA and HRA.

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council adopts the attached Resolution approving a final levy for the City of Northfield.
Summary Report:
A final levy resolution for a $19,485,372 city-wide levy, which includes the EDA and HRA levies is attached. Details are included in the budget hearing information.
Alternative Options:
This levy is 0.3% less than the preliminary levy set on September 23rd, 2025 at a dollar amount of $19,540,372. The proposed city-levy was also discussed at the Council work session on September 16 and meetings prior.

Tentative Timelines:
The final levy must be passed in December for remittance to the County.
