Action Requested:                     

The Northfield Planning Commission is asked to receive a presentation from the applicant on their request to add more parking within the perimeter transition area on the east side of campus.

 

Summary Report:

St. Olaf College plans to apply for a conditional use permit and would like to meet with the Planning Commission to discuss their application. The purpose of the meeting/work session is to provide feedback to the applicant regarding their proposal to add more parking within the perimeter transition area on the east side of campus.

 

Discussions that occur during a preliminary review with the planning commission are not binding on the city and do not constitute official assurances or representations by the city or its officials regarding any aspects of the plan or application discussed.
