Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council will receive a report on the Northfield Hospital & Clinics 2023 financial results.
Summary Report:
Korey Boelter, Clifton Larson Allen, will present the 2023 Northfield Hospital & Clinics (NH+C) financial results. A copy of the presentation and audit are attached. NH+C’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Eric Guth also be present at the meeting.
The audit is required within Section 14.6 of the City Charter as follows:
Section 14.6. - Reports.
The board shall submit to the city council the annual audit of the city hospital and other reports as requested by the city council.
