Electric Vehicle Ride & Drive: Volunteers are needed for the Electric Vehicle Ride and Drive event on Saturday, September 26, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM at Northfield Middle School. Volunteer responsibilities may include welcoming attendees, directing participants, and assisting with event activities. Please sign up to volunteer.
Zoning Code Update: The Zoning Code Preliminary Recommendation Report is now available for review on the Zoning Code Update website <https://northfield-mn-zoning-code-update-hlplanning.hub.arcgis.com/pages/send-feedback>. If you have comments or recommendations, please submit them through the Send Feedback form on the project website. Using the online form is the best way to make sure your feedback is received as part of the zoning code update process.
The project website also includes additional information and updates about the zoning code update.
Composting: Staff is working to finalize the Request for Proposal (RFP) for a potential composting program. The RFP will move forward through the appropriate review and approval process as staff completes the remaining steps.
