Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council will receive a report on the 5-year 2027-2031 CEP Plan.
Summary Report:
Staff will provide a report on the 5-year 2027-2031 CEP Plan. Council is encouraged to inquire about the use, need, and priority in this first review of the CEP.
Alternative Options:
This is the initial CEP plan. This is a good opportunity for questions and clarifications to primarily begin deliberations in July and August on preparing for the preliminary CEP adoption in September that will be proposed for final consideration in December. In particular, focusing on 2027 and 2028 items as the most immediate years coming forward for implementation.

The City Council will consider adoption of a preliminary CEP at the 2nd meeting in September. A final CEP is scheduled for consideration of adoption at the first meeting in December.
