The Northfield City Council approves summary publication of Ordinance No. 1028 rezoning 600 Greenvale Ave. and Parcel ID 2236125002 from N1-B: Neighborhood General 1 to N2-B: Neighborhood General 2.
Summary Report:
The City Council is asked to approve the summary publication of the ordinance. The Planning Commission recommended approval of the requested rezone to the Northfield City Council. The City Council approved the first reading of the ordinance on October 19. The second reading will be voted on as a separate item.
Alternative Options:
The City Council could direct staff to publish the entire ordinance.
Financial Impacts:
The cost to publish the entire ordinance would be approximately four times more than the cost to publish the summary.
Tentative Timelines:
If approved, the summary is proposed to be published on November 10, 2021. The ordinance would then be effective 30 days after publishing.
