Elizabeth Olson reached out to city staff last week to present a proposed memorial kiosk intended for installation in Riverside Park. Her email is attached.
The ACC maintains a Public Arts Review Committee, which will, among other responsibilities, approve the design, installation, maintenance and decommissioning of privately or publicly funded two or three-dimensional art, sculpture or garden-art decoration or installations on city-owned property.
