Review and Discussion of 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).

Action Requested:                     

The Northfield City Council will receive a report on 5-year 2026-2030 CIP Plan.

 

Summary Report:

Staff will provide a report on the 5-year draft 2026-2030 CIP Plan.  The attached presentation will discuss both the CIP and CEP.

Alternative Options:

This is the initial CIP plan.  This is a good opportunity for questions and clarifications for you primary to begin deliberation in July and August on preparing for the preliminary CIP adoption in September that will be proposed for final consideration in December.  In particular, focusing on 2026 and 2027 items as the most immediate years coming forward for implementation.

Tentative Timelines:                     

The City Council will consider adoption of a preliminary CEP at the 2nd meeting in September.  A final CIP is scheduled for consideration of adoption at the first meeting in December.
