The Northfield City Council approves Permanent and Temporary Construction Easement Agreement with the following properties:

Summary Report:

The City has designed and approved construction for the Jefferson Parkway Extension, Sandstone Street Construction and Utility Improvements Project. The project is currently in the construction phase related to the utility improvements portion of the project.

 

As part of the design process, the City has been working with property owners along the project for construction of a trunk sanitary sewer line that will serve both future development as well as the water treatment plant site. The City Attorney has prepared easement agreements with the above-mentioned property owners, and the property owners have approved the easements.

 

Alternative Options:

N/A - Staff is recommending approval of the easements for the construction project that is currently underway.
