Summary Report:
The meeting will be closed to develop or consider offers or counteroffers for the purchase of property located at 411 Water Street, 112 5th Street, 115 5th Street, 120 3rd Street W, 208 Water Street W, 200 Water Street S, 116 3rd Street W, and 510 Woodley Street W, Northfield, Minnesota.
After the closed portion of the meeting, the meeting will be reopened to take action(s) related to the closed meeting discussion and/or to adjourn the meeting.
