Summary Report:
The Northfield City Council is being asked to accept updates to the City’s Board and Commission Appointment Process and the City/Hospital Playbook. Currently, the City’s Board and Commission Appointment Process is one month ahead of the Hospital Board timeline. The Hospital/City Governance Committee approved these changes on August 16, 2023. The Hospital Board approved these changes at their September 28, 2023.
Redline and clean versions of the City’s Board and Commission Appointment Process and the City/Hospital Playbook are attached.
