The Northfield Environmental Quality Commission receives and files this update on the Northfield Spring Clean-up Days.
Summary Report:
The Northfield Spring Clean-up Days will be held on May 6th and May 13th from 7:00AM to 11:00AM. Dicks Sanitation Inc. will be hosting the event at the Street and Park Maintenance Facility located at 1710 Riverview Drive.
Each year, there are two days where the residents of Northfield can bring items such as household garbage, bulk items, construction waste, windows, doors, lumber, shingles, sheetrock and scrap metal for no charge if they are a Northfield resident. There is also the ability to drop off other items such as appliances, electronics, computers, monitors and tires for a fee.
A press release will be distributed to media outlets and posted on the City’s website.
Financial Impacts:
Minimal staff time to manage the days of drop off.
