Consider Charter Commission Polices - Duties of Officers Update.

Action Requested:
The Charter Commission is asked to approve a motion approving the updated role of the Secretary in the Charter Commission Policies.
Summary Report:
At the March 12, 2026 meeting, the Charter Commission discussed the need for updates to the Charter Commission Policies related to the duties of the elected officers, specifically the role of the Secretary. With the addition of a Meeting Associate to take minutes, these descriptions were no longer accurate.
Attached are a redline draft (attachment #1) and clean draft (attachment #2) of updates proposed by Secretary Hoschouer (attachment #1).
Once approved, the staff will update the Charter Commission Policies webpage.
