Consider Approving the 2026-2030 Capital Equipment Plan (CEP).

Action Requested:
The Northfield City Council approves the attached Resolution adopting the 2026-2030 Capital Equipment Plan (CEP).
Summary Report:
Attached is the Summary of the Capital Equipment Plan. The CEP is a planning tool the City uses to track larger pieces of equipment. The 2026 scheduled equipment replacement is included in the budget for each of the indicated funds. Once approved, staff will purchase the 2026 vehicles and equipment following requirements set by our purchasing policy.
A full copy of the CEP organized by funding source is included as Attachment 2.
Financial Impacts:
The CEP is tied to the 2026 budget.
Tentative Timelines:
The CEP will preferably be passed in December to correspond with our 2026 budget.
