Summary Report:
Bill North will be presenting two checks to the Mayor and City Council; one check in the amount of $13,500 represents the ongoing funding of the Capital Project commitment that the FFOL took on as a part of the library renovation; the other check in the amount of $23,500 is to fulfill the private commitment of the new Bookmobile funding taken on in the fall of 2016.
Updates on the bookmobile are being provided in a City Administrator Memo to be included in the City Administrator Update of the meeting.

The Finance Director completes an annual resolution to accept donations and assign the funding that is conducted at the end of the year. These donations will be included in that resolution.
