The Northfield HRA shall make a motion to open the Public Hearing regarding the Consideration of the sale of HRA owned property at 2330 Elianna Drive on the open market.
Summary Report:
The Public Hearing Notice (attached) was published in the September 17, 2025 edition of the Northfield Newspaper. The notice stated the following:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Northfield Housing and Redevelopment Authority will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers at Northfield City Hall, 801 Washington St., Northfield, MN, on Thursday, October 2, beginning on or after 6:00 p.m. to consider public input regarding the proposed HRA sale of 2330 Elianna Drive on the open real estate market. The HRA is holding this public hearing in accordance with MN State Statute 469.029 DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY.
Public comment relating to the application is welcome. Methods for public input include:
- Providing comment in person during the public hearing
- eComment – Residents can comment on agenda items until 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting by using the eComment (electronic comment) system. Once the agenda is published, the eComment link will be active.
