Attached are many resources for Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) members and members of the public, including:
- Statewide HPC Training PowerPoint
- National HPC Training PowerPoint
- Orientation Document prepared by former Commissioner Thomas
The two presentations have been lightly edited by Northfield staff for brevity. Staff will briefly go through the two presentations at the meeting. Additional hyperlinks are provided to the complete Statewide HPC Training manual and presentation, Northfield HPC webpage, and the Northfield Downtown Design Guidelines. Commission members should be familiar with these resources and how to locate the materials as relevant. If commission members require paper copies of any resources, please let staff know. This is an opportunity to review HPC procedures, policies, relevant documents, etc. and to ask any questions.
