Action Requested:
The Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) is asked to begin reviewing and provide feedback on the 2024 - 2025 HPC Action Plan.
Summary Report:
Staff has made minor redline changes to the action plan and added notes from the January meeting on what many of the HPC members felt was important for the next year.
Alternative Options:
Review and provide feedback on the draft action plan.
Financial Impacts:
Some action items could have financial implications. These should be discussed and staff can review potential options.
Tentative Timelines:
Work on the action plan over the next couple meetings to complete.
