The Heritage Preservation Commission is asked to discuss Commissioner Shadowing Reports.
Summary:
Traditionally, the Heritage Preservation Commission (HPC) members have divvied up other city boards and commissions to “shadow.” HPC members select which boards/commissions are most pertinent to the work of the HPC and then provide either a written report or verbal update on the boards’ meetings. With the new year, the HPC can discuss this practice, decide to continue, stop, or modify, and choose which commissions to follow as desired. HPC members can also shadow non-city boards/commissions.
