The Northfield City Council receives a presentation on the work of the Save the Northfield Depot group and Transit Hub state bonding project.
Summary Report:
Alice Thomas, from Save the Northfield Depot, will provide an update on the restoration efforts at the Historic Depot building. See the attached 2023 Save the Depot Annual Report (Attachment 1). Alice Thomas will be presenting from this report at the meeting.
The agenda this evening also includes consideration of plans and specifications related to the Transit Hub located on this site that was planned, designed and coordinated in collaboration between Save the Northfield Depot, the City of Northfield, the Minnesota State Department of Transportation (MNDOT), Hiawathaland Transit, Benjamin Bus and others.
Attached is a project matrix history related to these two projects.
