The Planning Commission is asked to begin review the bylaws for 2024.
Summary:
The bylaws are attached for review.
Recommendation:
Staff has attached a redline version with some recommended changes. Staff has begun and will continue to review the bylaws against the Northfield Board/Commission Rules of Business & Meeting Rules.
Alternative Options:
If there are additional amendments, PC members or staff can propose them for discussion. The Board and Commission Rules of Business should guide the PC Bylaws. They are attached to the packet from Administrator Martig’s item onboarding refresher.
